GPHA August Update
South Lake Sammamish Ice Cream Social
Join all of the South Lake Sammamish neighborhoods on Monday August 18th at Meerwood Park for the 10th Annual Ice Cream Social! There will be plenty of fun activities for the whole family. The fun starts at 4pm (and ends at 8pm) with the ice cream arriving at 6:30pm!
Volunteers Needed
At the we will have a lot of fun bouncy toys for the kids this year but we need more volunteers! Adults and teenagers can help simply by supervising one of the South Cove sponsored bouncies for 1 hour.

Graffiti
There have recently been some instances of Graffiti “tagging” on fences along 188th and in Sammamish Beach Club. The best way to discourage future marking is to remove the graffiti as soon as possible. The Issaquah Police (425-837-3200) have asked that any sightings be reported right away so that they may document the site, and if it’s public property, they will take the necessary steps to remove the markings.
Greenwood Point Board Meeting
Our next GPHA Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 28, 7 PM, at the home of Barbara Andersen (4147 187th Avenue SE). All homeowners are welcome to attend board meetings. Contact our president Kathy Magner (kathy@kathymagner.com) if you have anything to add to the agenda for discussion.
